I was honored to have this man for an uncle and feel so blessed that I was able to spend almost a week with him and my beautiful Aunt Beth in October. Although I didn't grow up with the family, Uncle Curt always made me feel welcomed, that I fit in and that I belonged. The last conversation he and I had before I left he told me how much he loved me and how proud he was of me and that he was sorry he wasn't involved more in my life as I was growing up but there wasn't a day that went by that he never not loved me. We both knew that this visit would be the last time thay we saw each other, so as he wiped my tears, he gave me a tighter hug and a kiss on my forehead. I will cherish that last moment between us forever. Give my momma a hug and kiss for me. Until we meet again, Rest in Paradise my sweet sweet Uncle. Your loving niece, Crystal
