TYNDALE, Margaret Mae Cruse, of High Springs, Florida passed away August 19, 2025 at Cross City Nursing Home & Rehabilitation in Cross City, Florida.
Margaret was born November 10, 1925 in Lakeland, Florida to Lee Jackson Cruse and Sula Mae Rankin. Margaret was a member of the Nazarene Church in High Springs, Florida and of Vision Tabernacle in High Springs, Florida. Margaret retired after 20 years from Copeland in Alachua, Florida. Her greatest enjoyment was fishing. She also was a great seamstress and enjoyed crocheting. Margaret also enjoyed traveling around the country on road trips.
Margaret is survived by her daughters, Juanita Riggins (Mason) of Virginia, Patricia Deese of Hampton, Norma Taylor of Alabama, Nadine Jerrells (Randy) of Old Town; her son Edward Gilbert (Myrtle) of Bell; grandchildren, Chuck, Eddie, Mike, Paul, Danette, David, Jonathan, Randy, Margaret, and Renee; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Erma Holland, Viola Hodges, and Ramona Lovin; brothers, Lonnie and Gene Cruse; grand-daughters Amy Zakowski and Rhonda Deese; great granddaughter Briley Compton and grandsons, Bud Jerrells and Scott Selcke.
