Otis "Skip" Francis Fowler III, age 77, of Chiefland, FL, passed away peacefully at home on December 18, 2024. He was a loving husband, devoted father, cherished grandfather, and a beloved brother. Skip was born on December 25, 1946, in New Haven, Connecticut, to Otis Francis Fowler II and Anne Fowler. If he wasnt at home cuddling with his beloved cat, Nyquil, you could find him outside tending to his flowersan activity he enjoyed doing alongside his wife, Sissy. Above all, Skip will be remembered for the time he spent with his family. He treasured the moments shared with his loved ones, whether it was enjoying a quiet afternoon at home, celebrating holidays, or simply offering a listening ear and giving heartfelt advice. There is no doubt that he loved and adored his wife, kids, grandkids and all his family. He also shared a deep and cherished bond with his brother Joe, and he looked forward to their time together.
