Delores Dixon

Mrs. Delores Gasque Dixon, of Yankeetown, FL passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2020 at her home. She was 85. Born in Conway, South Carolina she came to Yankeetown twenty seven years ago from Jacksonville Beach, FL. She was a manager of Polly Flingers Dept. Store. She was a member of the Yankeetown Womens Club and the Yankeetown Garden Club. She was past president of the Junior Womens Club in Jacksonville, FL. Her hobbies were traveling, shopping, cooking and gardening, but her top priority was her family. Mrs. Dixon is survived by her husband, Ralph Dixon; sons, Gregory (Carla) Dixon and David R. (Laura) Dixon; daughter, Lisa (Curt) Hingson, six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her daughter, Susan Gaffney.
