Obituary
Hazel Butts received her Heavenly promotion meeting her Savior face to face December 21, 2025, having passed her time on earth of ninety-one years.
She was born September 25, 1934 at Hutchison, Osage County, Kansas. In passing she is reunited with her with her Daughter Martha Butts, her husband Harley Butts, her parents Elmer Sell and Iva Lela Sell, her brothers Joseph Sell, Paul Sell, and Donald Sell.
She is survived by Her Sister Daphne Holmes; Brothers Charles Sell, Lyle Sell, Ivan Sell and Kenneth Sell; Sons Richard Butts, David Butts, Charles Butts, John Butts and Daniel Butts; Daughters Joyce Waggoner and Dana Sloan; In addition she has seventeen grandchildren and twenty great grandchildren.
Beyond these Mrs. Butts had a lifelong school teaching career growing young minds at Highland Christian Academy, Williston Christian Academy, and Levy County Public school in Williston and Bronson. She passes as a member of First Baptist Church, Bronson, where she had participated in many ministries to both young and old.
A funeral service will be held at the First Baptist Church of Bronson on Sunday, December 28, 2025 at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends one hour prior for a visitation.
