Jean Wilkerson

Jean Marie Pitts Wilkerson passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2020 at the Tri Counties Hospice Care Center in Chiefland, FL. She was 79. Born May 7, 1941 in Chicago, IL to Charles and Mildred Hebner. Jean went to collage and became a school teacher of special Education for 30 years. She was someone that would help out any way she could in the community. She was someone that would help and shelter anybody in need. She loved all 5 of her kids Jeff, Gary, Christine, Gerard and Gerold. And her 12 Grandchildren. She was the backbone to her family and the light in their lives! A Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, September 18, 2020 at the Cedar Key Cemetery, in Cedar Key, FL. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service from 10:00-11:00 AM.
