William Adkins

William "Kevin" Adkins lost his battle with cancer on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Haven Hospice of Chiefland. Kevin was born on October 17, 1974 in Gainesville, Florida to CP Adkins and Joan Adkins (Poole). Kevin was a longtime resident of Chiefland, Florida and worked as a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry. He loved his family and his girls. Kevin enjoyed to fish as often as he could. Mr. Adkins is survived by his wife, Tina Adkins of Chiefland, children, Breann Downing (Travis), Kelsey Adkins both of High Springs, Florida, Ileigh Adkins of Chiefland and son Kolan Durrance (Tiffany) of Alachua. His mother, Joan Adkins (Poole) of Trenton, brother Tim Adkins (Heather) of Chiefland, sister Rebecca Byrd of North Carolina, his grandchildren and lots of nieces and nephews. Kevin was preceded in death by his daddy, CP Adkins and grandparents. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at the Levyville Cemetery in Chiefland, Florida beginning at 5PM with Bishop Jimmy Perryman officiating.
