Frances Watson

On Friday, June 12th, 2020 Frances Watson, loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away unexpectedly at the age of 60. Frances was born on October 15, 1959 in Chicopee, MA. Frances was known for her kind spirit and loving smile. On September 26, 1992, she married her beloved and late husband, Dewitt Watson. He was her best friend and there was no doubt they were made for each other. Frances had a passion for crocheting. She made countless blankets for loved ones. Her projects lately were becoming more creative. Frances was a faithful member of her church, First Baptist of Bronson, where she ministered in the Hospitality Group. She really enjoyed this ministry and many conversations were about her church and her church family. She was in the kitchen faithfully on Wednesday nights serving the youth and many other events that were hosted by the church. Frances worked at the post office for 25 years until she retired to care for her husband. Frances is preceded in death by her husband Dewitt Watson, her parents, Thomas and Barbara Tillman, and her brother, Andrew (Jackie) Ayers. She is survived by her two sons, Jeromy Watson (Nina Watson) and Kyle Watson (Angela Watson), three brothers, Tommy Tillman, Ralph (Danny) Tillman, and Doug Tillman. Seven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 17th at the First Baptist Church in Bronson at 11:00 AM.
