Mr. Thomas James Worthington of Chiefland, FL passed away on Monday, May 25, 2020 at U.F. Health Shands Hospital in Gainesville, FL. He was 63. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at the Concord Baptist Church in Chiefland, FL with Rev. Jamie Brock officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 PM. Burial will follow the service at the Antioch Cemetery.
