Cale Barber

Cale Brandon Barber, 36, of Williston, Florida died on Saturday, May 9, 2020 as a result of an automobile accident. Cale was born September 4, 1983 in Gainesville, Florida. Cale was an avid outdoorsman and loved hunting, fishing and farming. He is survived by his father, V.T. Barber, Jr. of Williston; his mother and step-father, Norm and Janice Fugate of Williston, and grandmothers, Wilma Asbell of Bronson and Patsy Fugate of Williston. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, V. T. Barber, Sr. and Willie Faye Barber, Weeks Asbell and Duane Fugate. Additionally, Cale is survived by three brothers, Nic Fugate (Michelle), Blake Fugate (Lana), Hunter Fugate (Kendra), and two sisters Mandi Smith (Jim) and Miranda Fugate. He leaves behind a host of loving family and friends. Graveside services for Cale will be held Friday, May 15, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. at Orange Hill Cemetery Williston, Florida, under the direction of Knauff Funeral Home-Chiefland with Pastor Wes Smith conducting the service. All are welcome, however, the family respectfully asks that you follow the CDC recommended social distancing guidelines.
