Joyce Lowe

Joyce A. Lowe a five year resident of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Saturday, March 21st, 2020 at the River Garden Nursing Home. She was 65. Born in Arcadia, FL she went to Jacksonville from Miami, FL. She was employed at the Mr. Sinai Hospital in Miami as a billing clerk for 10 years. Her hobbies were quilting and family. She was of the Baptist faith. Joyce is survived by her son, Richard (Nicole) Lowe; sister, Doris (Ricky) Young and two grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 at the Orange Hill Cemetery in Williston, FL with her son leading the memorial.
