William Chesser

Mr. William Edgar Chesser passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2020 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 75. Mr. Chesser was a lifelong resident of Levy County, he was born in Ocala, FL. He was truck driver for most of his life but for the past 20 years he owned and operated Chesser Trucking Company. His hobbies were hunting and fishing, but his top priority was his family. Mr. Chesser is survived by his wife of 49 years, Thesis Alice Chesser; sons, William E. Chesser II and Terrel (Dixie) Howell; daughter, Margaret Howell (Michael) Bailey; sister, Barbara (James) Pendray; 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, January 17, 2020 at the Orange Hill Cemetery in Williston, FL with Rev. Keith Langford officiating. Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, January 16, 2020 at the Knauff Funeral Home in Williston, FL.
