Walter Gibson

Walter Lee Gibson of Chiefland, FL passed away on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 at the age of 30. Walter served honorably in the United States Navy, he was a graduate of the Florida School of Massage, Certified Locksmith and was a graduate of the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. Walter is survived by his son, Cayson R Gibson; mother, Karen C. Powers; step-father, William C. Powers; sister, Catherine L. Case; nephew, Vinson L. Case; sister, Laren E. Powers; niece, Pennilynn E. Harrelson; nephew, Barrett W. Mamuzich and his "Forever Brothers", Daniel Huffer, Pete Hernandez, Anthony and David Phillips, Kyle Paulk, James Mynster and Ethan and Brian Bourgeois. Walter was a lover, a dreamer and a philosopher with a sweet heart. He was in the happiest place of his life and his soul touched so many people through his journey. We will miss him dearly. His free spirit will be spinning fire through the universe for eternity with his father Walter J. Gibson. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, May 13, 2019 at the Knauff Funeral Home Chapel in Chiefland, FL.
