Mary Starling

Mrs. Mary Ruth Starling of Ocala, FL passed away Sunday, January 13th at her home with her loving family. She was 85. Born in Williston, FL she came to Ocala in 1972 from Lakeland, FL. She was a member of the Anthony Unity Baptist Church. For 10 years she was employed at the Silver Springs Shores Restaurant as a bartender. Her hobbies were cooking and spending time with grandchildren. Her top priority was family. Mrs. Starling is predeceased by her brother Richard Strickland and 2 sisters Marlene Munden and Dollie Garcia. She is survived by her husband of 49 years, her 3 sons Jimmy (Rose) Munden, Tommy Munden and Travis (Leslie Ann) Munden, step-son Kevin (Marie) Starling, 3 daughters Beverly (Johnnie) Cooper, Ann (W.C.) Marsh, Vickie Wynne, 2 brothers Kenneth and J.W. Strickland, 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be January 19, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of the Knauff Funeral Home-Williston with Pastor David Butts officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Orange Hill Cemetery under the direction of the Knauff Funeral Home- Williston, FL. SERVICES
