Obituary
Mrs. Ruth H. Watson Phillips, a lifetime resident of Williston, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Shands Hospital in Gainesville. She was 83. Ruth was of the Methodist faith and had spent her entire life as a homemaker, mother, and proud grandmother. Her hobbies were gardening and sports but she always had time for her family, grandchildren, and friends. Survivors are two sons, Jeffrey "Jeff" and wife Heather Phillips, Steve and wife Amy Phillips; nine grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. She was predeceased by daughter Cynthia Marie Taft. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, Sept. 5th 2018 in the Chapel of Knauff Funeral Home - Williston with Pastor Daniel Carswell officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Orange Hill Cemetery under the direction of Knauff Funeral Home - Williston. SERVICES Funeral Service
