Obituary
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Barbara May (Dinosky) Chadwick, who left this world on Saturday, November 1, 2025, in Chiefland, Florida.
Barbara was 92 years old, she was born on October 1,1933 in Providence, R.I. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great-great grandmother. She was also a cherished member of the community and the Holy Family Catholic Church of Williston, Florida.
Barbara was a florist and shared her love in the beautiful designs and arrangements that she created after moving to Williston in 1973.
She is survived by her 5 children, Donald A. Chadwick, Jr. (Cindy), Cathy A. Hartley, Sandra R. Steffen (Mark), Diane M. Screws (Dan), and Robert T. Chadwick (Kellie), 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Donald A. Chadwick, Sr., 2 grandchildren, her parents Louis and Anna (O'Donnell) Dinosky and several siblings.
Viewing is planned on Friday, November 14, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. followed by the ceremony at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 17353 US-27 ALT, Williston, Florida 32696. Barbara will be transported to Florida National Cemetery to be laid to rest beside the love of her life, Donald A. Chadwick, Sr.
