Virginia Lane

Mrs. Virginia L. Lane, a lifetime resident of Williston, passed away Saturday, July 28th, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was 86. Mrs. Lane and her deceased husband Marvin owned and operated Lane's Hardware store in Williston for many years. She was a member of the Williston Church of God and her hobbies were cooking, hunting, fishing, and sewing, but her top priority was her family. She leaves: 2 daughters, Deborah Ann Williams and husband Richard, and Rhesa Lane Collop and husband Stephen; 5 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren. She is pre-deceased by: son, James Lowman Weaver, and grandson, Jamie, in 1975. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 1st, 2018 in the Williston Church of God with Pastor Wes Smith officiating. Visitation will be 1/2 hour prior to service.
