William Kielmann

Mr. William H. Kielmann, of Morriston, passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 at his home. He was 96. Born in New York City, he came to Morriston 9 years ago from New York. He was of the Catholic faith. Mr. Kielmann was a foreman for the Niagara Mohawk Power Company in New York for 38 years. He retired in 1983. He was a life member of the U.S. Power Squadron, a life member of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, and he proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. His hobbies were boating, woodworking, and bowling, but his top priority was always his family. He leaves his wife, Nancy, of 42 years; 1 son, Mark and wife Shirley; 2 daughters, Stephanie and Janet Freitag; 1 granddaughter, Rachael; 1 grandson, Michael; and 6 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 1st, 2018 at the Knauff Funeral Home Chapel in Williston, with Father Manny Lopez officiating. Burial will follow at the V.A.
