Christine Collins

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Christine Collins, who left us on October 7, 2025. Born on December 10, 1956, Christine “Tina” Collins was a beloved mother and a cherished member of the community.

Tina's life was defined by her deep love for her family, whom she cherished above all else. She found immense joy in tending to her property, nurturing her creativity in different art mediums, and caring for plants that brought beauty and serenity to her heart. Her green thumb and passion for gardening reflected her profound appreciation for nature, as she delighted in spending time outdoors, listening to birdsong, and marveling at the changing seasons. Tina's warmth and generosity were matched by her reverence for the natural world, which she shared with everyone around her, inspiring others to find peace and happiness in life's simple, beautiful moments.

Christine Collins is survived by daughters Katrina Delaney and Cassandra Wells, son Russell Wells, son-in-law Brian Delaney, and granddaughters Harper and Beaux Delaney, who will forever treasure her memory. She was preceded in death by her parents Joseph and Matilda Collins, sister Anne Marie Correa, brother Joseph Collins, and children's father Richard Wells.

A ceremony to honor and celebrate Tina's life will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10am- 12pm at Capricious: 25335 W Newberry Rd, Newberry, FL 32669. The last time spent together was both simple and unforgettable: sharing a quiet morning cup of coffee while looking out over Tina's butterfly garden. In that peaceful moment, surrounded by the beauty she had cultivated and the love she fostered, laughter and heartfelt conversation flowed naturally. That memory will remain a cherished reminder of her warmth, wisdom, and the joy she found in life's gentle rhythms. So come have a coffee with us to say goodbye to Tina. Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Tina are invited to join in remembrance, share stories, and support one another through this time of loss.

Tina's memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. May she rest in peace, and may we find comfort in the legacy left behind.
