Nellie Hudson

Nellie Ann Hudson of Chiefland, FL passed away Sunday, April 1, 2018 at the Tri-County Nursing Home in Trenton, FL. She was 74. Coming from Ft. Lauderdale Nellie has lived in the Chiefland area since 1986. She worked as a Corrections Officer for Levy County for 15 years. In her spare time she enjoyed playing on computers. And Nellie loved her relationship with her sister. Nellie is predeceased by her parents Manuel Dennis Gollihue and Goldie Mae Mullins, husband Bob, son Bruce Edward Bentley, 3 brothers Manuel Ray Gollihue Sr., Lowell Thomas Mullins, and Gary Lee Gollihue, sister Lois Marie Slone. She is survived by her sons Ralph Edward Bentley of Washington, DC and Dennis Edward Bentley of Ft. Walton Beach, FL., brother Franklin Dennis Gollihue of Chiefland, FL., sister Gloria Lovetta Justice of Chiefland, FL., 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A service will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018, 2:00 PM at the Knauff Funeral Home Chapel in Chiefland, FL with Gordon Keller officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, April 5, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 PM at the Knauff Funeral Home Chapel in Chiefland, FL. Nellie is under the care of Knauff Funeral Home, Chiefland, FL. SERVICES
