Spencer Schrett-Barnes

Spencer Theodore Schrett-Barnes passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017 as a result of an automobile accident. He was 25. Born in St. Petersburg, he lived in Chiefland as a youth, graduating from Chiefland High School. He was a crew foreman for a lawn maintenance company. He was of the Christian faith. He was an avid outdoorsman. Hunting, fishing, and mud bogging were some of his favorites. He leaves behind many friends. Survivors are: mother, Lisa Miescke; step-father, Mark Michaelis; twin brother, Stephen Schrett-Barnes; maternal grandmother, Sharon Robertson; paternal grandmother, Audrey Anderson; sister, Eve Miescke; father, Greg Schrett; brother, Justin Jackson; sister, Kathryn Schrett; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Burial will follow at a later date. Arrangements under the direction of Knauff Funeral Home - Chiefland, Florida.
