Bennie Thompson

Bennie Thompson, of Chiefland, FL passed away on Tuesday October 31, 2017 at Haven Hospice in Chiefland, FL. He was 55. Bennie was a longtime resident, living around Chiefland area for past 45 years after moving here from Scottsboro, AL. He was a Baptist and enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family. Bennie is survived by his wife Jane, his 5 sons, Micky and Toby Thompson, and David, Brian and Alan Cannon; 3 daughters Crystal Nobles, Brenda Beach, and Lisa Daniels; 1 God daughter Jennifer King; 5 brothers; 2 sisters; 27 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. A service will be held on Friday, November 3, 2017 at 2:00 PM at the Knauff Funeral Home in Chiefland, FL. with Pastor Dennis Nobles officiating. Visitation will be 2 hours prior from 12:00 2:00 PM. Arrangements are under the care of Knauff Funeral Home-Chiefland, FL SERVICES
