Obituary
Mr. David J. Rose, Sr., a 25 year resident of Bronson, Florida, passed away Tuesday, June 20th, 2017 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was 63. Born in Tallahassee, Florida, he came to Levy County from Houston, Texas. He was a security officer for Farm Bureau Insurance Company for 10 years. He proudly served his country in the United States Army for 22 years. His hobbies were gardening, fishing, and buying big boy toys. Survivors are: 2 sons, David Rose, Jr. and wife Daria, and Michael C. Rose; 1 daughter, Michelle and husband Charles McKay; 3 brothers, Randy Rose, Mike Rose, and Johnny Nobles; 3 sisters, Cindy Rose, Donna and husband Bill Conquest, Kimberely and husband Tom Conquest; 7 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild. A memorial service with military honors will be held 2:00 p.m. Monday, June 26th, 2017 at the chapel of Knauff Funeral Home - Williston, Florida. Knauff Funeral Home - Williston in charge of arrangements. SERVICES
