Maria Annesovich Sr

Miss Maria Sresovich, a long time resident of Williston, Florida, passed away Saturday, June 17th, 2017 at Shands Medical Center in Gainesville. She was 52. Maria was born in Jacksonville, Florida but her family came to Williston when she was very young. She grew up here and graduated from Williston High School. She was a bookkeeper for Skippers Office Supply for several years. She was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Williston and was the pianist for many years. She also taught piano. She was an avid sports fan of the Williston Red Devils and the Florida Gators. Survivors are: Father, George; sister, Debra Ann Andrews; 2 nieces, Kearston Andrews and Kaley McCurdy and husband David (and David's son, Kaden); and nephew Luke Andrews. A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 24th, 2017 at the Williston First United Methodist Church with Pastor Danny Bennett officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to service. A private burial will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the Williston First United Methodist Church or to the charity of your choice.
