William Danny Golden, 75, of Williston, Florida passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025.
Danny was born in Belle Glade, Florida on September. 24, 1950 to Curtis and Doris Golden. Danny grew up in Clewiston, Florida and graduated from Clewiston High. He was married to Annie Golden. They were married on August 5, 1969.
Danny was Retired from South Florida Water Management after 30 years of employment and moved to Williston.
He is survived by his wife Annie Golden; his daughter Doris Jo Golden; her husband, Steven R. Sample, his grandchildren Makayla Sample Owen (Michael) and Steven J. Sample (Alissa); his great grandchildren Ava Sample and Brantley Owens; his brother Lyman Golden; and many nieces and nephews.
He was a member of Highlands Baptist Church and a true follower of Jesus Christ. He was a former serious fisherman. He enjoyed spending time with wife and family, especially his new great grandchildren. Danny never missed the opportunity to treasure hunt, whether at a yard sale, thrift stores, or auctions.

A memorial service will be held at Highlands Baptist Church on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 12:00 pm.
