Jean Ross

Jean Marie Palmer Ross, Chiefland, died Sunday March 5th. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert H. Ross, who died in 1991. Born in Dunmore, PA daughter of the late Dudley and Ursula Palmer of Moscow, PA. She was a former resident of Moscow before moving to the New Port Richey, FL area and evenually settled in Chiefland, FL. She was a member of the St John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Surviving are three children Mrs. Kathleen Diggs of Covington, GA, Mrs. Jean Sinclair of Burbank, CA and Mr Bob Ross of Chiefland, FL; a sister Ann Palmer Swartz of Springbrook, PA; a brother James Palmer of Moscow, PA; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother Frank Palmer and a sister Mary Faith Wombacker Ries. A viewing will be held Thursday evening March 9, 2017 from 5:00-7:00 PM.
