Shawn Brooks

Mrs. Shawn Marie Brooks, of Williston, Florida, passed away at her home in Williston on Monday, October 31, 2016. She was 39. Born in Santa Rosa, California, she came to Williston 14 years ago from Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She was a member of the Holy Family Catholic Church in Williston and was a stable worker on a horse farm. She loved animals, especially the horses she worked with. Survivors are: maternal grandmother, Eleanor K. Morrissette; mother, Christine Morrissette Brooks; father, Arthur Eugene Brooks; 1 daughter, Kaylee Lynn Pierce; 1 brother, Michael Ryan Brooks and wife Sarah; and 1 sister, Keri Lyn Barcus and husband Daniel. A christian mass will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, November 5th, 2016 at the Holy Family Catholic Church in Williston, with Father Manny Lopez officiating. Burial will follow at Plummer Cemetery under the direction of Knauff Funeral Home - Williston. SERVICES Funeral Service
