Jay Wilson Faircloth, age 75, passed away June 10, 2016 at North Florida Regional Medical Center, in Gainesville, Florida. A visitation will be held Monday, June 13, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Knauff Funeral Home Chapel in Chiefland, Florida, with a private burial the following day.
