Obituary

Robin Elizabeth Richburg, 66, of Cedar Key, Florida, passed away on July 24, 2025. A graduate of Cedar Key School, Class of 1977, Robin lived a meaningful life rooted in love, nature, and family.

She found joy in the quiet moments—in her garden, casting a line into the water, and spending time with the family she cherished. Robin was uniquely gifted with plants; her garden was her sanctuary - always blooming, always growing - much like the love she gave to those around her.

Robin's greatest treasure was her family. Like her garden, her family was abundant and was tended by her love. She is survived by her children - Alisha Brinkman, Tosha Beckham, Rachel Stroh, & Russell Girdler - and their partners; her grandchildren who brought her endless pride and happiness; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins that helped shape Robin throughout her life. She was preceded in death by her mother, Margaret Egerton and grandmother, Elizabeth Egerton. Her love and strength will live on in all who knew her.

A service to celebrate Robin's life is being planned with details forthcoming. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you plant something in her memory. Let it be a reminder of the love she gave and the beauty she left behind.

Robin will be deeply missed and always remembered.
