William Sherrouse, Sr.

William Ed Sherrouse, Sr., 61, of Atlanta died Sunday, July 5, 2015 after an ongoing struggle with lung cancer. William Ed was born June 26, 1954 in Gainesville, FL and lived in Williston most of his early life. He lived in and around Lake City, Live Oak, and Perry until his more recent years where he stayed with family in Atlanta, GA. He is survived by his children and step-children Ed Sherrouse, Jr (Mary), Rory Sherrouse (Crystal), Jennifer Sherrouse, Michael Sherrouse (Valerie), Destiny Sparrow, Robert Sparrow, his brother Shelton Sherrouse (Peggy), 10 grandchildren, 1 niece, 1 nephew, and numerous great nephews and nieces, and his grand-pup and best friend Henry. He was preceded in death by his parents Russell and Katherine Sherrouse of Williston, FL. Graveside services for William Ed will be held 11:00 AM Friday, July 10, 2015 at Orange Hill Cemetery in Williston. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday night from 6 8 PM.
