Bernice LoVetro

Bernice Julia Underhill LoVetro, 90 years old of Williston FL went home to be with the Lord on May 11, 2015 in Gainesville FL. Bernice was born February 25th, 1925 in East Rochester New York. Her parents were the late Howard Lloyd Underhill and the late Beatrice Alberta (Underhill) Schaefer. Mrs. Bernice moved from Rochester New York to Williston in 1972, she worked as a store manager and clerk until she retired. She enjoyed being with her family, playing bingo and was an avid reader. Bernice attended the Williston Church of God. Bernice is preceded in death by her infant son Joseph LoVetro, her twin sister Betty Underhill who preceded her in death at one year of age and her husband Peter J. LoVetro. She is survived by one brother David (Melba) Underhill (VA). Three sons; Lloyd (Darlene) Schaefer SC , Allen (Mary Lou) LoVetro Dunnellon FL, Stan LoVetro Williston FL, Two daughters; Gale (Dan) Gascon and Alberta (Scott) Lippmann. 18 grandchildren, 16 great-children and 3 great great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at the Williston Church of God on Monday May 18th at 11:00 am, located at 850 SW 7th St, Williston, Florida 32696. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in her memory to the Williston Church of God Building Fund.
