Ronald Scoggins

Ronald E. Ron Scoggins, age 77 of Chiefland, FL died Saturday, September 13, 2014 after a lengthy illness. Mr. Scoggins was born in Rutherfordton, NC on May 30, 1937 to Paul and Alice Scoggins. He moved to Chiefland in 1973 from St. Petersburg, FL and served in the U.S. Navy and was of the Baptist Faith. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Rhonda Marie Owens. He is survived by his wife, Linda F. Scoggins of Chiefland, FL; Daughter, Angie Troy Beckham of Cedar Key, FL; Son, Jeffrey Amy Leivonen of Newberry, FL; Brothers, Robert Doreen Scoggins of SC, Norman Anita Scoggins of Chiefland, FL (Anita was like a sister to Ron); Grandchildren, Chase, Tyler, Montana, Walker, Anthony and Ardianna. Visitation will be Monday, September 15, 2014 from 6-8 p.m. at Knauff Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at the Knauff Funeral Home Chapel, 715 W.
