Lieselotte Greene

Lieselotte Lilo Greene 86 of Chiefland passed away Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Haven Hospice in Chiefland. Lilo was of the Lutheran faith and a 62 year resident of Chiefland, relocating from Germany with her husband Wilbur Bill Greene in 1952, who passed away in 1981. Mrs. Greene was born to Franz and Hedwig Zoegner in Russelsheim, Germany. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She spent her spare time Knitting, crocheting, traveling, Cooking, but above all just loving time with her family. Mrs. Greene leaves to cherish her memory, Sons, Frank (Anne) Greene of Micanopy, FL, Donald (Julie) Greene of Trenton, FL, Robert (Tracy) Greene of Old Town, Daughter Pat (Ronnie) Emmons of Chiefland, Brothers Willi Zoegner of Germany and Heinz Zoegner of TX, Sister, Karin Pflug of Germany, 13 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, June 14, 2014 in the chapel of Knauff Funeral Home in Chiefland, FL. Pastor Billy Philmon will be officiating. The family has requested in lieu of floral arrangements that donations be made to Haven Hospice in Chiefland. Arrangements are under the care of Knauff Funeral Home, Chiefland.
