Pauline Cannon

Pauline Cannon, 84 passed away peacefully on Wednesday May, 15, 2013 at Tri-County Nursing Home. She was of the Baptist faith and a long time member of Long Pond Baptist Church. Mrs. Cannon was a lifelong resident of the Chiefland area. Mrs. Cannon spent her professional life as a Nurse and enjoyed working with children. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, watching all types of sports on TV and was an avid Gator Fan. However, she enjoyed and loved her family above all. Pauline was preceded in death by her beloved husband Joe Ray Sr. in 1989. She leaves to cherish her memory, Sons Joe Ray of Bell, Fl and Darryl Lance of Newberry, Fl. daughter Paula Denise Cannon of Phoenix City, Al. Sister Orene Hudson of Chiefland, Fl and 7 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. Graveside services will be held 10:00 am Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Chiefland Cemetery, with Reverend Andy Cook officiating.
