Theodore Martin

Theodore Eugene Martin, “Ted”, 69, passed away on April 18th, 2026, in Chiefland, Florida. Ted was born in Houston, Texas, on January 19th, 1957, to Kenneth Earl and Mary Alice Martin. He attended high school in Texas where he graduated and later went to college, where he received two master’s degrees. Ted spent most of his life working as a recreation vehicle repairman. He enjoyed spending time with his wife Alicia whom he had known for more than 20 years, his family and his dog, Bud. Bud was his true partner in crime. You could often find Ted watching westerns, outdoors fishing, attending church or with his Pastor.

He is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Mary Martin, his sisters, Connie Williams, Laura Sampson, Teresa Walters and Shirley Martin, his brothers, Jim Martin, Jerry and John Baletka and his father-in-law, William O’Briant “Billy”.

He is survived by is wife, Alicia Martin, his sister, Sissy(Kenneth) Nelson, his brother Guy Baletka(Mary), his mother-in-law, Lena O’Briant and niece, Reanna DeGeorge.

The family will have a private Celebration of Life.
