Joseph "Ronnie" List

Joseph "Ronnie" List, 78, passed away on May 3rd, 2026, in the comfort of his home, surrounded by family and holding the hand of his loving wife, Beverly of 48 years. Ronnie was born in Brooksville, Florida on July 6th, 1947, to the late Joe and Jessie Mae List. He attended Brooksville High School where he later graduated. Ronnie was a journeyman lineman with the Withlacoochee Electric Coop for about 20 years. He thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid fisherman. Ronnie was a certified diver, and a Coast Guard licensed Marine Captain.

He is survived by his loving wife, Beverly, daughter, Crystal Sanford(Steven) and Sister, Linda Greene of Oklahoma. As well as many other friends and family members.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Jessie Mae List and his grandparents, Philip and Ethel Roush.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 459 NE 709th Avenue Old Town, Florida 32680, on May 16th, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. The family asks that you bring your own beverages, chairs and a covered dish. The Celebration of Life will be open to close family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Haven Hospice of Chiefland.
