Caroline Cole

Caroline Cole “Caddy”, passed away on May 18th, 2026, peacefully surrounded by the Souza family and friends. She was born on October 4th, 1939, in Bath, New Hampshire to Harry Bellen and Martha (Smith) Bellen. Caddy enjoyed fishing, bingo, cookouts, country music, riding in the Corvette and the Gator cart. She also found joy in her crazy TV shows, card games and cross word puzzles. Caddy’s face would light up when she saw her grandchildren, and she beamed with joy when she was with her great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Martha Bellen; her husband, Almon Cole, Sr.; her son, Maynard Elliott; stepson, Ricky Cole; and sister, Roberta Robinson.

She is survived by her children, Martha(Doug) Carlton of Sanford, ME, Robert Elliott of Milton, NH, Jeanna(Leo) Bush of Nottingham, NH, Carmen(Tony) Stanton of Farmington, NH, Tom Cole of Lebanon, ME, Dawn(Joseph) Souza of Chiefland, FL, Annette(Scott) Thibodeau of Lebanon, ME, Almon Cole III of East Rochester, NH. Her stepchildren Sandy(Randy) Bickmore of Lincoln, CA and Almon Cole, Jr. of Lubbock, TX. Her sister, Charlotte Marcou of Lebanon, Me. As well as many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
