Donald Rogers

The last time I saw Donald was the Thursday before the Lord called him home. I was telling Rhonda and Heather goodbye, and I looked at Donald where he was sitting on the couch. He reared back, like he was stretching, and looked up at the ceiling and gave a huge grin of sheer joy and release of all anxiety and cares. It burned into my heart and mind with its beauty and surrender to the will of God. I've known and loved Donald and Heather for 40 years. Thankful to the Lord Jesus Christ for eternity to come with them!

I went to school with him in Bronson

From my perspective, Donald was a master of many things! He was a great guy, a hard worker, a caring family member and friend. He was a master of conversation, relationships, helpfulness, and Mexican Train. (My extended family all now play that game because Donald and Heather taught it to me. I am grateful to have known him as a handyman of diverse people, a friend. Rest in Peace, my Friend. With love to all of you who will always miss him, Becky Cline

We met many years ago in Lynn, Florida and had many happy times together our children grew up doing many things together. My husband and Don fished together and we had many happy times grilling out together. I watched Timothy and sometimes Paul when Heather worked . Loved them all and still do. We will miss our phone calls and catching up on each other. Sending prayers and much love to Heather and all the family. Mary Brose.

The first time my family attended Faith Baptist tabernacle, Donald and Heather invited us home for dinner. Mr Roger’s told us he had just smoked a Gar. We kind of looked at each other like, why is he so pleased about having smoked a cigar?. Then we found out it was a fish😂 He was a wonderful , friendly, helpful individual.
