Noi Ratchford

Noi Ratchford, born January 13, 1941, in Thailand, passed away peacefully on the morning of Friday, July 31, 2026, surrounded by many who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her son, Geno Ratchford, and her husband, Francis Ratchford. She is survived by her daughter Nancy Lavigne, her sister Nuk Smedley, many loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and by her extended family, including her former daughter-in-law who cared for her in her final weeks.

She was a gifted cook whose kitchen was the heart of the family, and she lived a vibrant life as a military spouse, with travel and experiences across the world.

A visitation will be held at Weems & Sons Funeral Homes Chapel, 512 E. Noble Ave., Williston, FL 32696, on Friday, August 7, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Guests are kindly asked to park between the east side of the chapel and Williston Home Furnishings.

Noi will be laid to rest beside her loving husband, Francis, at Florida National Cemetery.
