Jerome Della Noce

Jerome Joseph Della Noce (Butchie, Jerry, Pop), aged 77, joined his forever love, Deanna (2024), in eternal rest on June 18, 2025. Born on July 16, 1947, in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Jerome and Genevieve Della Noce. Preceded in joining our Creator by his wife of 57 years, Deanna Della Noce (Stouffer), his sisters Francine Meo and Geraldine Kelley. Surviving siblings, Frank Della Noce and Regina “Dolly” Bekowitz.

Survived by his faithful, loving, empathetic dog, Bandit. His children, Deana Batzer and Dino Della Noce (Cecelia), his grandchildren, Dino Della Noce II (Destinee), CJ Batzer, Brittany Della Noce, Jordan Batzer, Devin Della Noce (Emily), Owen Batzer, and great-grandchildren, Jaxson Della Noce, Aubree Della Noce, and Cayden Della Noce

He wore many hats in his life— He was a firefighter, bravely facing danger and saving lives. He was an auto mechanic, able to fix anything. A drag racer, a funeral director, a farmer.

But above all, he was a family man—our rock, our teacher, our never-ending source of “Did you know?” facts and dad jokes that somehow always made us laugh.

He may be gone, but his gentleness, love, and wisdom will echo in our lives forever. And if you listen closely… you might just hear him say,

“Never Assume...”

His family requests that in lieu of flowers, plants and/or memorial donations be made to the family for expenses.

A Celebration of life to honor Jerry and Deanna's lives will be held at a future date by their family.
