Mary Millwater

Mary Elizabeth Millwater, a loving wife, devoted mother, grandmother and great- grandmother, passed away on April 16, 2025, at the age of 72 at her home in Williston, surrounded by her family.

Mary was born on May 1, 1952 to Walter and Helen Lukaszewski of Cleveland, Ohio. After her family relocated to Florida, Mary attended McArthur High School in Hollywood before becoming an LPN and later proudly serving the United States Postal Service as a City Letter Carrier for 30 years in Ocala, Florida before her retirement.

Mary was the cherished wife of Timothy Millwater for over 42 years, with whom she built a beautiful life and raised three beloved daughters, five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents and twin sister Julie.

Survivors include her husband Timothy; daughters, Dorothy (Todd), Julie, and Susan (James); grandchildren, Ashley, Trea, Mary, Matthew, and Sierra; and great-grandchildren, Hunter, Olivia, Emma, and Nicholas.

Timothy and Mary created a home filled with love, laughter, and enduring values. Mary was a hard-working woman who poured her heart and soul into everything she did. She lived a life defined by strength, grace, and compassion. She leaves behind a legacy of perseverance, love, and family - qualities she lived by and passed on to the generations that follow. Her strength, wisdom, and warm heart will be missed beyond words. Mary's memory will forever remain a guiding light to all who knew and loved her.

A visitation will be held at Weems & Sons Funeral Home in Williston from 6:00 – 7:00 pm on Monday, April 21, 2025. Funeral Mass will be held at the Holy Family Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 11:00 am with Father Anthony Hamaty officiating. Burial will follow at Orange Hill Cemetery.
