Ranson Earl

Ranson (Ranny) Lee Earl Ranson (Ranny) Lee Earl, 77, of Williston, Florida peacefully passed away on Friday, February 7th, 2025 at Williston Care Center, after struggling with health issues for many months. He was born in Coldwater, Michigan on December 2nd, 1947 the son of Eric Earl and Charline (Wallace) Earl. He was the oldest of six children. Ranny moved to California in the late 1970s and lived and worked there until his work moved him to Chicago Ill in the 1990s. When his boss retired Ranny moved to Florida in the early 2000s to live near his brother. He continued to work driving truck. He worked most of his life as a truck driver or working as a mechanic. He worked on refrigeration units on semi-trailers while in Chicago. Ranny is survived by his five children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and his two sisters. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, one sister and a grandson. Cremation has taken place and he was cared for by Knauff Funeral Home. A private burial will take place at a later date at the Orange Hill Cemetery.
