Obituary
Melissa Jan Hayes "Missy" passed away unexpectedly at her home in Morriston, Florida on Friday, October 18th at the age of 54. She is survived by her parents, Larry and Elisabeth Hayes; her children, Meghan Hayes, Ethan Pies and Caroline Pies; and her sister Stephanie (Piero) Liso and predeceased by her sister Kristen (Derek) Hayes Seamans. Missy had a love for horses and animals that was unmatched. She dedicated her entire life to helping animals and humans in need. Arrangements are under the care of Knauff Funeral Home Williston.

Missy.i truly miss you. As adults we had gotten very close. I miss our conversations about faith, family, friends, and of course horses. And so many other things. I never would have imagined growing up that you and I would end up so similar. With so many of the same experiences. And our shared black sheep status. I love you and miss you. Until we meet again.
