The oldest of the six children of Jeff and Ada Owen, he was the last to leave us. Seems he just had to stay until he had seen all his siblings through their lives. He always felt responsible for them, and tried to "keep them straight." It took ninety-five years for him to complete his task here on earth, and now he can rest. Go to Heaven, brother-in-law, and rest.

When I was with Pamm in the early 2020 she called Frank and introduced us, she loved to introduce me to her family from her brother's to her nephew and especially Vikki. You will be missed by many including Tanya Gee, Pamm's daughter. Prayers 🙏 for all the family.

I'm so sorry to hear about Uncle Frank, I wish Mom and I had been able to see him before she passed, now they'll all be together again, I know it'll be a glorious reunion.... Condolences and love!
