Raymond Grable II

Raymond Arthur Grable, II, "Art," passed away peacefully at his home, Aspire, in Gainesville, Florida, on Saturday, July 6, 2024. He was under the care of Haven Hospice. He was born on November 13, 1956 and grew up in Chiefland. His late parents were Raymond and Maxine Grable. He was a graduate of Chiefland High School. Art attended the Chiefland Methodist Church as a child and as a young man and always considered it his home church. Art loved Chiefland and loved to attend the Chiefland Watermelon Festival. He loved Gator sports, especially Gator football. He never met a stranger and was a kind and gentle soul. He is survived by his daughter, Jessica Rose, and several grandchildren, of New York. His final resting place will be the Methodist Cemetery in Chiefland. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Knauff Funeral Home Chiefland.
