Marlana R. Franklin, a resident of Williston, Florida, passed away on March 18, 2024 in Gainesville. She was 86 years old. Ms. Marlana was born on June 20, 1937 in St. Wahlburgers, New Jersey to parents George and Mary Reynolds. Marlana was a wonderful lady and would brighten your day just being around her. Marlana was the owner and operator of the Lady Luck Caf in Bronson, Florida. Before owning her restaurant, she waitressed tables at Crafts Country Kitchen where she made many friends. Marlana held many titles in life but being mom was her favorite. She leaves behind her son John Franklin of Williston and many friends. A memorial service to honor Marlanas life will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, April 1, 2024 at the First Baptist Church of Bronson. Brother John Coker will officiate. Burial will take place at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of Knauff Funeral Home of Williston.
