Ruth Carroll

Ruth Terrill Carroll, age 80 passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Born on September 15, 1943 in Oakland, Pennsylvania to parents James Culbert and Ruth Wohlfarth. Ruth has been a resident of the area since 2003 and retired as a clerk for the United States Postal Service. She was of the Catholic faith and enjoyed designing hats, making crafts, putting together floral arrangements and spending time with her family. Ruth is preceded in death by both of her parents James Culbert and Ruth Wohlfarth, and her sister Susan. She is survived by her son Jonathan, and her two sisters Maryann, and Elizabeth. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Knauff Funeral Home Williston.
