Obituary
Harold "Danny' Drummond passed away February 6th, 2024 in Tallahassee Florida, with his daughters Andrea and Brooke by his side, at the age of 86. He was born on November 2, 1937 in Chiefland Florida to Waldo and Helen Drummond. He proudly served in the United States Navy and Air Force from 1955 to 1963, and he continued his service to our country by joining the Air Force Reserves from 1981 to 1997. He also served as a loyal employee with CSX until his retirement in 1997. "Dont go to the grave with life unused." Thats what Bobby Bowden once said, and Danny took those words to heart, living a full life doing the things he loved. Danny is predeceased by his son Dwayne Drummond, and his parents Waldo and Helen. He is survived by his daughters Andrea Arneson (Karl Sanders) and Brooke Antczak (Will): sister Shirley Erwin; Debbie Drummond and Cary Arneson; grandchildren Erika, Danielle, Haley, Paige, AJ, Lucas, Ethan, and Olivia; great grandchildren Beau, Abigail, and Blakely. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Sunday, February 18th, 2024 at Knauff Funeral Home in Chiefland, Florida. Visitation will be from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm. As Danny was a lifelong fan of the Florida State Seminoles, FSU/Garnet and Gold attire is welcome, Orange and Blue is not. Go Noles! One of the nicest guy I had the privilege of knowing for years whom I met at Lakeshore Church of Christ and went to school with his daughter, Andrea. His former wife, Kate, are still friends after all this time, as well. The world has lost a great FSU fan and supporter!<br>Will miss him always.<br>GO NOLES!

I will surely miss seeing his smiling face with all of his FSU gear. Helping get him ready to go with his friend to one of the many games they attended. He was a wholesome man for sure. Gone but never forgotten!! We Love and miss you already. From all of us here at St Augustine Plantation.
