Robert C. Cooper, a resident of Chiefland, Florida, passed away on Saturday, January 20th, 2024. He was 87 years old. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 27th, 2024 at 1:00 pm at the Serenity Hill Golf Course in Friendship, New York.
