She was born in Tacoma, Washington to parents Charles and Virginia Fratt on November 12, 1945. Knauff Funeral Home of Williston is honored to serve the Cremeans family.

Heaven gained another angel. Virginia was had such a beautiful sole. She made everyone around her smile. I don't believe I ever heard her say a negative thing about anyone. She will most definitely be missed by meany. 💛
